Blurb

When Dylan meets sexy and philosophical Joy, he’s on a one-way road trip to nowhere. He finds himself thinking less about the revolver sitting in his car waiting for the opportunity to end his life and more about living the time he has left as he spends time with the spirited and vivacious Joy—but when she disappears and he can’t find her,

Dylan is left wondering, was she ever really real, or just a figment of the tumor in his brain? Will he be able to find her—or at least find a reason for living?

Ren’s Review

Dylan doesn’t have long to live. He decides to leave his old life behind and embarks on a trip across the country, with no destination in site. He stops in a bar and meets the mysterious Joy. In the course of their affair, he comes to grips with how he has lived his life, what his expectations were and what an unexpected epiphany reveals to him.

I wish it had been a full novel. Dylan deserved that.
