Madeline ‘Eden’ Jenning’s life is in upheaval. Growing older is perilous for her career. Aging gracefully does nothing for her if it means losing out on all she’s worked for. Plastic surgery becomes her obsession— finding the fountain of youth, a way to hold onto the persona she’s emulated for three decades. Desperation makes her beg her dearest friend for the best surgeon known in their area. She doesn’t expect him to be someone from her past.
Tanner James Thornton, a well-known plastic surgeon, takes only the worst of all cases, those needing his skilled hands to give them a semblance of normalcy once again. When he promises a friend he’ll assess a new client, immediately he knows being her surgeon won’t work. Not only is he attracted to her, but he remembers who she was before the glam. He has the answers she needs that don’t revolve around Hollywood’s superficial reasons for body augmentation.

What a fascinating storyline, Hales, and so topical. :)
Love it Hales! I have to read tis one, you know I love everything you do.
Awh thanks Kate :) Yep Tina. I'm wondering now if I should do some 40's I'm not near 50 yet so I don't think I could pull that off nearly as well lol. Seems to be a new niche in romance of mature women and men of same age
LOL Fed!
Plastic surgery addiction is a very hot topic these days. I admire your courage for taking on such a subject and developing a romance story around it. What a fascinating concept. I know this book will be very successful, Hales. all the best.
What?! *blinking innocently*
Hey Hales, this sounds great! Almost all of my stories are about older characters, because I find people who have lived a bit to be more interesting. (Plus I'm older than you!) Good luck with sales!

Hi Hales,
I love the topic of your new read and I love that you used older characters. Being 48 I can relate to how this heroine feels.
However I've got a saying now. I'm like a fine wine. The older I get the better I taste. I get prettier with age my dear.
Thanks for writing characters that are in my age category. I wish you much success with this book.

Hey Gale your'e in!
Brindle darlin thanks for coming and I too wish for many many sales
I keep hearing about older heroines and almost all recently have involved younger heroes. This will be a breath of realism and 'common'. Because God knows we all (older women) can't be a cougar! Thanks Hales! Being only a few years this side of fifty, I can relate.

I can't wait to read this book...and I love, love the cover.
THanks Calisa and Colins! I really enjoyed writing it but I have to voice the heroine is in her late 30
s I haven't moved into the forties yet lol but I'm getting there.
I'd love to write a cougar story too and have one planned. There's always two sides to choice and happenstance.
What if you met that one person who felt like the other half of your soul and you were older, wiser still beautiful flawed by the natural process of age and the man you meet is younger and wiser than his years and enjoys older women their maturity...see you can't help who you fall for it just happens :)
Hales you are a very, very talented author, and your books are wonderful to read.
Told you I'd make it over. ; )
HEY CK!!!! Nice to see you thanks for coming by :)
