A book in the 1-800-DOM-help series.

Take one adorable suburban couple just starting to realize their D/s relationship isn’t quite enough to satisfy. Add one cute and quirky sub who can’t seem to find a Dom to suit her tastes. Place them in a room full of sex toys and candlelight, roses and chains…

And after a few smoking-hot nights of pleasure and exploration, all three just might find what they’re looking for.

Clare C's Review

Wow. Oh, wow. This novella, one in the 1-800-DOM-help series, is easily one of the best stories I’ve read this year. The characters leap from the page, real and flawed and completely lovable. Daniel and Delia are a married couple. She’s dabbled as a submissive before, and he’s trying to be the Dom she needs. While he has instinct and motivation—he really likes being a Dom—he lacks confidence, and his experienced sub isn’t really helping his ego. Mara is a submissive who can’t seem to find what she wants. Their stories intertwine in one of the sweetest, hottest ménages out there today.

I liked Daniel because, while he was new to being a Dom, he wasn’t a pushover. He put time and effort into studying the art and learning how to master his submissive. Mara’s lost soul tugged at my heartstrings. I loved how she helped Daniel with his confidence and how she helped Delia to see that her husband actually was a Dom worthy of respect. The three of them formed the perfect trio.

Ms. Dryden’s superb writing style is friendly and focused. The story moves fast, but no character development is sacrificed. The level of description in the erotic scenes will please those experienced in the D/s lifestyle and give those not familiar a good idea about what really happens in a scene. It’s steaming hot, delightfully sensual, and incredibly romantic. This is a novella I will read repeatedly.
