Darci-Rae Whitlam, 40 year old Australian school teacher, has just been issued a challenge: To become a cougar, to find and seduce a man in his 20's, and live out her wildest fantasies. Detective Jarrod St. James is tasked with finding out who stole Darci's identity to open a phone sex business.

Darci, is a school teacher with a naughty side, albeit a slightly repressed naughty side. With the voice of her proper and inhibited sister Vivian in her head, Darci is discovering her fantasies, as well as her actions are starting to be censored. So when Darci's friend Rachel invites her to take the Cougar Challenge, how can she refuse?  Detective Jarrod St. James, is tracking down an illegal phone-sex worker, when he runs into the real Darci-Rae Whitlam. After the initial lust induced confusion is cleared up, Darci decides not to let this serendipitous meeting go to waste. What ensues is a whirlwind of sex, dirty phone calls, copulating teddy bears and self-discovery.

Lexxie Couper takes you on a wild ride of lust, sex, friendship, familial and cultural pressures, and the need to be true to yourself. With friends who know you better than you know yourself, well-written characters that leave you wanting more, and sex scenes that sizzle, the only fault I can find with Copping A Feel is that it is too short. I wanted to know what happened when Vivian met Jarrod at breakfast, or how Darci dealt with Terry Cahill, her unruly student, at school on Monday.
Despite its brevity, I highly recommend Copping A Feel, and I can't wait to read more about the women who have accepted The Cougar Challenge.
