Mark Hardwick stood silently by as his friend broke Shania Miller’s heart. His faith allows him to help Shania, especially after she’s abandoned by her fiancé and family. Why then, did he hesitate when she announced her broken engagement and love for him on his wedding day?

She thought he would come to her and break the wedding but like in life she had it wrong. Now trying to make a life for her and her son she is trying to forget about Mark. She knows her life can never be the same but she can wish. Shania knows that her son’s real daddy will someday come for her. Or will he? JJ Keller created a story of one woman just trying to survive in a world where not many survive without succumbing to another life. She wants to be a good mother and yet still be a woman at the same time. Her whole life is centered on caring for her little boy but sometimes life has a way of interfering. I loved that Mark would sacrifice his own life to be with her but he is holding something back. JJ did a great job in showing his love but in an unusual way. Great job.
