April Waterson has just waved good-bye to her best friend and work colleague after a ritual Friday night out for dinner and drinks. She heads toward a cabstand and begins to feel ill. When April's vision finally clears, she finds herself in an unfamiliar forest, surrounded by gigantic trees. She falls asleep leaning against a large tree trunk.

April finally awakens and finds herself in a palatial-style mansion with two Alpha shape-shifting panthers, Gage and Saxon Kian, claiming she is their mate. She attempts to escape and finds herself being rescued by another shape-shifter, only this time it's a bear. Ben Koku knows April is his mate as well. He asks April to accept his claim so he may help her deal with the dominant, arrogant panther shifters, and she accepts.

Will the three men be able to convince April she is a worthy mate for the three of them?

Stacey's Review

In Alpha Panthers, Terra Form 1, Becca Van takes us from the plains of Nebraska into the deep, dark forest of Terra Form on another earthly plane. Terra Form is a loand of shapeshifters and filled with menage’s of the human and animalistic kind.

A story that starts out with a far from classic love triangle involving two were-panthers and a woman. We are witness to not only a ménage with two men but also woman and panther. I have to be honest, it didn’t sit well with me.

However, I pulled up my professional boots and plodded on through to the heart of the story.
A woman in a strange land, claimed and marked by two men/panthers who believe she is their mate, also comes across a were-bear who also believes he has claim to her-- in the process. This making her life even more complicated. Far from her normal, solitary life in Nebraska. Who will she choose? Will she accept her newfound destiny or fight tooth and nail to get out of there and back to her lonely life on another plane? The main story line is easy to focus on if you are not into the human having sexual acts with animals type thing.

Becca Van has written a very steamy read. Her imaginative crafting and phenomenal word weaving gives us a view much different than your run of the mill shifter stories.

I recommend this to ménage fans but with the warning of scenes involving post shifting sexual acts.

Book one in the Big City Pack series.

Rylee doesn’t have high hopes for the Victoria Day weekend camping trip, seeing as she’s been roped into taking her brother and his juvenile friends. But her mind is changed when she spots a gorgeous man on a hiking trail. She’d like to be zipped in a sleeping bag with him, no doubt about it.

Atticus came to Elora Gorge to get away from his father and his demands that his son find a mate. Like yesterday. Atticus needs time away from being groomed to be the pack leader and the endless stream of “suitable” mates thrown his way in hopes of stirring his mating urge. No luck yet. But then he spots a shy mortal who draws him like no other.

The tent heats up quickly, but before Atticus can tell Rylee what he is, he discovers a member of his pack has followed him with the intention of claiming him for her own. Not only does he have to convince Rylee she’s his mate, he must also prove she can trust him.

Ren's Review

Rylee is tasked with taking her younger brother and his friends on a camping trip. Not particularly thrilled with the idea, she resigns herself to the fact that she is going to be bored out of her skull.

Enter Atticus, werewolf and next in line as Alpha of his pack. Tall, blonde and insanely good-looking, he is up at the camp to escape the pressures of his family to find a mate. He knows that his true mate is out there somewhere and he refuses to settle.

When Rylee and Atticus meet, the attraction is almost instant. Rylee can't believe that someone as handsome as Atticus would be attracted to her and she is hesitant to believe it at first. The drama reaches even higher when Marla, a jilted werewolf who fancies herself as Atticus's mate, shows up at the campsite with the intention of causing trouble.

Rylee, already insecure, has to deal with both Marla's antics and Atticus's father, Grant, who has a very deep dislike of “mortals”. When Rylee finds out that Atticus is a werewolf, she lashes out and decides that he is too “weird “ and “freakish” for her. I don't know about anyone else but that's a major turn off for me. This is not a hallmark of a mature, level-headed young woman but of someone that has not come into her own yet.
While I realize that Ms. Chenery is keeping within the Canadian theme for this story, as a fellow Canuck it became kind of “enough already” with all of the highlights of what makes this story uniquely Canadian. Maybe that was the whole point but in my opinion is a bit over done.

Aside from that bit of griping, I believe that Atticus and Rylee need another installment to show how they've grown as a couple and how Rylee has adjusted to being Atticus's mate. If this is the first of a series, I'm curious enough to see how Ms. Chenery moves the story forward.

Tough horse doctor Ellie O’Shea has a hard lot in life. Her mother died early, leaving her to maintain her family's ranch. The frightening nature of her mother's death has kept her off the backs of the animals she loves, and her demanding circumstances have kept her from the happiness that's right under her nose.

Fortunately for her, the Mackey brothers, alpha Brett, intuitive Ash, and the youngest, Paul, have other ideas. They’ve finally decided what to do about their clashing desires to have Ellie for their own: they will share her. Now, they just have to make the headstrong woman realize how much they truly love her. Little do they know, though, that Ellie has already fallen hard for rodeo rider Gray Porter, who also just happens to be their houseguest!

Now it’s Brett, Paul, and Ash versus Gray as these four stubborn cowpokes vie for Ellie’s affections. But when the Mackeys’ estranged brother Derby shows up, it’s going to take a lot more than stubbornness to win Ellie over—a mix that includes not least of all, a mountain lion, a little cross-dressing, a wild ride across a canyon’s back, a lot of love, and not a few nights steaming up the ranch house windows.

Monica's Review

This is the first book in the series of Sage, Texas and all I have to say is that it started off HOT, HOT, HOT. Of course you think of Texas and the first thing that pops into your head is hot cowboys. Well in this story you have five handsome cowboys ready to show Ellie that they are meant to share her in every way possible.

Ellie is a strong, hard working woman, yet she is caring and has not had too many romances in her life. The three brothers that were introduced were handsome men but they each had a different personality and that balanced them out very well. There is one brother that stood out the most, which is Brett because of his dominate ways. Then you have Gray that is a friend to the Mackay brothers and now has feelings for Ellie.

Her love for horses is what brings her into the Mackay home and let the seduction begin. After Ellie treats their horse of a mountain lion wound things get pretty heated up between Ellie and Brett. Only Brett is not ready to let her have her sexual pleasure until he decides. When the Mackay brothers finally get what they want from Ellie, she is lost in the best sexual pleasure ever. The best part is when you read how dominating Gray is with Ellie and how pleasurable it is for both of them. Get ready because you just might need something to cool down.

The cover had me so confused because I noticed that there were five men and one woman. That was until the fourth brother showed up towards the end of the book. Derby is ready to face his family and the perfect plan is in place, a party where the males dress up as women and vise versa. It only takes one kiss to spark a fight.

Ellie is hurt by both Brett and Gray because she believes that they are trying to run her life. So what does she do run but not only that she rides into danger. Will the Mackay brothers and Gray find her in time before she is harmed?

I think it was a nice read but it was a little hard to stay focused on the story. I expected that all of the five men were going to be introduced in the beginning of the story. I did not expect that the final brother would show up towards the end of the book. I wanted more discovery, more time for them to realize that they were all meant to be together. I wanted to see Derby and Ellie’s relationship build up a little bit more.

These issues were small things but no matter what I still enjoyed reading A Texas Taming. If you enjoy reading about sexy men give this book a try and see how five men are meant to make one woman happy with pleasure for a lifetime.

The Conquerors Series, 1

A Saxon Thane’s daughter, born with mystical healing strength, must choose between two lusty Norman knights, half-brothers, each intent on claiming her for their own. One man has claimed her dowry; the other has claimed her virginity. One man is dying of a battle wound and the other has scars that can’t be seen by the naked eye. Both brothers need her healing touch. Both brothers need her.

And she needs them.

Jisella always knew that one day her Ever Knight would arrive – the soul she’s loved since time began. Yet he’s taken a long time to find her in this life and now she’s not sure which of these handsome Knights is the one for whom she’s waited.

The brothers are all too happy to compete for their lady’s favors. Perhaps there is only one fair decision. Perhaps she can have both, if they might be persuaded to share.

Be Warned: menage a trois romance, menage sex, anal sex.

Yadkny's Review

“It’s not how big it is, it’s what they do with it.”

It all started with a dare on All Hallow’s Eve…

Having been educated by imagination and supposition in the ways of sex, Jisella’s confidence on the subject was called into question. The challenge could simply not go unanswered, but Jisella knew from the moment she saw him that they needed each other. Then his brother came to claim her...

This was so much more than just a dare – this was destiny.

Remy was made for war. His bloodlust on the battlefield proving that a life of peace would be a form of death for him. Fighting give him purpose. Where illegitimacy brought Remy freedom, Renard was dealt the responsibility card of inheritance and a guarded expression. Yet no matter the title or circumstance of birth, a man is still a man and now Jisella has two of them.

The quote above was my favorite from the story and yes it's implying exactly what you think it's implying. For once I found myself not immediately smitten with either of the two leading men. I admired Jisella's boldness with her untried sexual prowess, but the men just came off as arrogant and slightly annoying. Some of the scene flow was a bit choppy, but enjoyably heated nonetheless. The storyline is creative with a bit of unexpected plot suspense, which could have taken the story to the next level had it been longer. Historical romance fans may want to check out this debut author and give this short and erotically sweet story a try.

Nadia and Finn have been separated for two years, and it's time to finally call it quits.
But before the divorce can be finalized, Finn steals an old journal that reveals Nadia’s dark, secret fantasy of being disciplined by her husband.

Finn hatches a plan to bring her back to him . . . but he hasn’t exactly been honest with Nadia either.
He is not the mild mannered business consultant Nadia thinks: he is an operative hunting a war criminal, who is now bent on revenge.

To keep Nadia safe, he takes her to a secret hideaway where secrets are revealed and
husband and wife fall under a sensual spell of erotic temptations, a domestic carnal game that may just turn into a lifetime of passion.

Monica's Review

To come home to all lights on with the door open and think that maybe your soon to be ex-husband had been in there. That was what Nadia thought when she came home from work. That just did not make sense sure you might think that your ex might come while you are not there to gather his belongings but why. Finn did not seem like a man that would do that to Nadia but then again he had not been truthful to his wife about his career. But also Nadia had not been truthful to her husband about her darkest secrets, either.

It became apparent how they felt about each other but something was keeping them apart. Nadia is a passionate woman as Finn a passionate man and when he was caressing her in the restaurant; it was exotic especially when you have a man’s hand under your dress in a public place. When danger finds Nadia, Finn is there to protect her but for how long.

Finn broke one rule that is sacred to a woman and that is her journal of her personal thoughts and desires. When Finn takes Nadia away he actually acts on her darkest desires and actually spanks her but Nadia truly believed she deserved it. Everything that she dreamed of and lusted over finally was coming true and she was falling in love with her husband all over again. There were only two problems they had to remember that they were being hunted by someone and don’t leave the journal of your wife where she can find it.

Overall the book was short and quick it could have had more of their rejoining but over all more of mystery of who they were running away from. It was still a very good read and very erotic because Nadia was truly a submissive ready to finally let Finn take over the relationship and not defy him ever again.

Lincoln and Gabe, best friends and the hottest new alt-rock duo Mirage, only want one thing. Mallory. They’ve been waiting a year for Mallory to open her heart to both of them and accept the alternative relationship they wish for.

Mallory’s flattered by their attentions but can’t believe they’re any more than sweet words. They’re rock stars, surrounded by beautiful woman. They can’t possibly want a plain-Jane reporter like her.

When a crazed fan forces their hand, their protective instincts take over. Gabe and Lincoln aren’t willing to wait for their woman any longer. They initiate her with intense pleasure, ringing in the New Year in the naughtiest way possible. But when they whisper words of love and forever in her ear, she runs away.
Will Mallory be able to open her heart and return their affection, or will insecurity keep her from the men who love her?

Yadkny's Review

Mallory is about to get an up-close and personal exclusive from the two hottest rock stars.

Being rock stars has its perks and for Lincoln and Gabe, watching Mallory work was always one of them. Enjoying her from afar was also pure torture. Lincoln and Gabe knew there was something more to her that appealed to them on a primal level and for that reason took their time before approaching her with their plan of seduction. Fear of her rejection has held them off, but the time has come to finally to seduce and claim her.

It's New Year's Eve and as the clock strikes midnight, Mallory finds herself in a most precarious position with Lincoln and Gabe. Give in to her secret desire and take what they have to offer or walk away and continue her lonely existence. What starts out as work quickly turns into a more intimate interview, where Lincoln and Gabe ask the questions.

Unfortunately, the story lacked the suspense in the plot that is eluded to in the synopsis. I also found some moments of the drawn-out erotic encounter to be a bit confusing with the positioning of the bodies not easily visualized. However, I enjoyed Lincoln's dominant personality and Gabe's more playful one. They both seem to fit perfectly into Mallory's world and she in theirs, so the relationship dynamics are believable. I would definitely recommend this story to an erotic romance fan looking for something hot and spicy with a couple of rock stars.

Joseph Penn is a Werewolf who has come to New York City to celebrate his sister’s birthday. Having been turned against his will years earlier in a violent attack, he spends as little time as possible away from his secluded home. Sitting in the bar, waiting for his sister, he’s shocked when he receives an unexpected text from his old friend, Madame Evangeline, the owner of the exclusive dating service, 1Night Stand, telling him he’s being set up with a woman in that very bar.

Kaylee Post has lost her boyfriend, her job, and her self-confidence. Intending to celebrate her friend’s birthday at the Manhattan restaurant, she never expects instead to have a one-night stand with a wolf who will change her life in ways she can’t yet imagine.

Yadkny's Review

Madame Evangeline strikes again and her targets this time will soon realize how very much they need each other. It all started with a little misunderstanding...

Joseph was to meet his sister for her birthday party at a fancy restaurant, but instead finds himself having been duped into meeting a gorgeous woman. It's not the worst thing to have happened, but the knowledge of his “condition” is reason enough for caution. Upon closer inspection of the vanilla scented, wet dream before him and control is soon lost.

Kaylee's been through the wringer of life, but a reprieve is appreciated when it comes in the form of a birthday party invitation. When that proves false, Kaylee decides on a bold move that could land her a seriously sexy man... at least for one night.

That was one hell of a night with a wolf! Short and erotically sweet, this story delivers exactly what is promised in the title and a bit more than expected. Excellent follow-up with the characters after the night was over and paranormal romance readers will surely enjoy this story. Fans of Ms. Royce will want to read it and those who have yet to try one of her story's should start with this one.

Stranded for more years than she’d like in Oak Creek, Wyoming, twenty-two-year-old Alexa Grey is a virgin with three problems. Out of the blue, the Kincaid brothers show up on her doorstep requesting she move onto their ranch for unlimited access to her body. Lexie is stunned, angered, and intrigued by the three cowboys who threaten to overtake her emotions.

Wealthy cattle ranchers Logan, Connor, and Owen have decided the only way to prevent a rift between them is to share the one woman they’ve each fallen for. Putting into motion their plan to have the fiery beauty belong to them, they invite Lexie for a week on the ranch. With her unbridled curiosity for sex, the only question is just what will it take to convince her to stay and trust them not to break her heart?

Monica's Review

Is it worth gambling your heart for one week with three sexy cowboys, hell yeah, why not?

The story moves quickly because the Kincaid brothers have one week to show Alexa “Lexie” that they all can have a true relationship with no problems and especially no jealousy. Logan, Conner and Owen seize the moment to return something back to Lexie that should have been in her rightful hands already.

One afternoon with the Kincaid brother’s and Lexie was intrigued with the request of staying with them in their ranch and see that a relationship between them four could work. The only problem is that Lexie has a hard time trusting anyone let alone letting anyone near her heart.

I really enjoyed how each brother decided that they would spend time alone with Lexie to try to get to know her and at the same time she can get to know them. They showed her a great time, took her out and showed her that they did not care who saw them with her, they would not hide their relationship. The Kincaid brothers had nothing to lose since they were the richest men in town and they would not let anything happen to Lexie if only she could believe them. My only problem with this is the story needed more time to develop the love that they had for each other.

The only problem is that Lexie had not been truthful to them about Sam Warren. An encounter at the jail will bring havoc to their relationship. That is not the only problem but the Kincaid brothers have their own problem and believe the same culprits are involved.

Wyoming Triple Heat is an enjoyable and delightful read. The book has its moments of laughter and of course who can forget about the hot steamy sex. See how the Kincaid brother’s win Lexie’s heart but most of all how she learns to trust them.

When Commander Jace Weston of the Universal Guard tracks a fugitive into the harem of a royal palace, he never expects to find an ally--and a lover--in the nubile princess of the rival kingdom. Forbidden to marry or even dally while on duty, Jace doesn’t dream about things he can never have. But when he meets the courageous princess condemned to a loveless marriage who dreams of nothing but finding love, he learns some things are worth wishing for.

Political climates change like the direction of the wind, and Princess Tamara understands someday she will have to marry the unpleasant prince of her neighboring kingdom. But when she is rescued from a grotesque alien fugitive by a drop-dead sexy soldier, Tamara seizes the opportunity to choose her first lover. The three-day journey back to her kingdom filled with scorching sex turns into more than just astounding physical delight, and Tamara fears she cannot live without the touch of the strong soldier who has stolen her heart.

Yadkny's Review

“He was a soldier, destined to a life of battle and hardship. Tamara was royalty, ordained to marry a prince, destined to be queen.”

Oh how I wish this story was longer! There was a lot of potential in expanding on both the world-building and character aspects had there been more story written. This would've created a greater connection with the reader and the characters. However, I appreciated the creativity of the world that was revealed and most especially adored the fugara, Weegul (you'll have to read the story to find out more). The shortness of the story provides an almost instant happily-ever-after kind of satisfaction without having to think to hard through all of the minute details that can sometimes cloud a sci-fi. The erotic moments were sizzling without being overdone as well.

“She was pure and innocent, and he would taint her.”

Reader's looking for a quick escape to a new planet with a heroically hot Commander and a resourceful Princess should definitely check this story out.

After a passionate one night stand in her hometown of Cairns, Izzy Mack discovers she’s pregnant. The father? Well, he’s a prince of a small country off the coast of Ireland called Inis Daire. Izzy decides to do the right thing and tell him.

Sinyn Donnelly, the prince of Inis Daire is thrilled and insists she comes to visit. He remembers the Australian woman very well. As for the baby? It was predicted by the local seer that his future bride would come from across the sea and would be carrying his child.

But not everyone is happy. Sinyn’s cousin is next in line to inherit Inis Daire. The only way they can take over the island is if Izzy doesn’t have the baby.
Be Warned: anal sex, multiple partners

Yadkny's Review

Who knew a one-night stand could suddenly get so complicated?

As if it wasn’t enough to find out she was pregnant, Izzy now has a prince from a fantastical country courting her, a husband and wife who want to get rid of her, and an old woman who ‘sees’ way too much. It’s all a little much to take in, but at least Sinyn doesn’t mind breaking for a romp in the hay – literally. On Inis Daire, people interact and tolerate differently and although it all sounds to good to be true, Izzy is about to embark on the journey of a lifetime.

With a quick pace and non-stop action of the sexual variety, this story was quite enjoyable. The storyline had the potential for more pages, but it still has interesting characters and plot. I would’ve loved to learn more about the culture and people of Inis Daire.

At times predictable, especially with a seer in the character cast, the story keeps the readers attention easily. Izzy’s a fairly uninhibited character and Sinyn is most definitely a match for her. Reader’s should just be aware that these two get aroused quite often in the story.

A nice read by Ms. Jones!
