His world is filled with a special species of people that can share telepathic pathways. His mind is cluttered with shared passions and too much knowledge of the people surrounding him.
The heroine is a woman seeking what he has resisted. Mary is searching for the enclave holding Steven’s people. She’s been shunned by her own enclave for having too much power, but she is a true submissive. Only Steven’s dominant nature can tame her fight and force her true tendencies to surface.
This story held my attention from start to finish. The flow and build of passion kept me enthralled even after my husband turned out the lights. The psychic world is one that intrigues even the most jaded skeptic, but this story opens a door to the unknown and pushes you over the threshold.
