Lily's Review

This is the first book I have read in the Ellora’s Cave Twilight series and I have to say I was not disappointed. The scene is set for intrigue right from the very first paragraph and from that moment on had me turning the pages at a rate of knots, desperate to discover the secrets of the mountains.

The authors are on to winners here with the characters. I adored gutsy Lucia and felt all her emotions with her, at times I wanted to be her friend and help her out, other times I actually wanted to be her – Mmm – that brings me to Sam. Sexy, smart Sam. There is more to him than meets the eye and as the story unfolds as a reader you just can’t help but fall for his passion and bravery – not to mention that divine body!

The scenes are artfully written, the descriptions lavish. The sex is steamy, the dialogue snappy. I’m not going to give away any of the plot but what I will say is it will keep you guessing.

Verdict:
If you enjoy a tale of mystery and magic with two characters who sizzle when they get it together Black Cougar Curse is definitely a book for your TBR list. Classy, sumptuous and sexy it will leave you feeling very satisfied.
