Blurb

A voice mail from her hubby, Marc, informs Sera that he and an old school chum are going out for drinks, and he wants her get all spiffed up and meet them at Christo’s for dinner and a night of dancing.

At the restaurant, she takes a hard right into the lounge and bangs into Marc’s school chum, Jack, who also happens to be her fabulous-looking lady killer, Jack. The unlikely situation prompts a degree of discomfort for all.

As the night wears on, it becomes apparent to the ex-husband and wife that although the bonds of matrimony were severed, their original burning attraction was as strong as ever. This forces Marc to make a decision a husband should never have to make.

Is this a case of fuzzy math where one plus one equals three?

Angelique’s Review

What do you do when you find out that your ex-husband was best friends in college with your current husband? In “Playtime with Sera,” the answer is to have as much hot ménage sex as possible. Ms. Ashton has a wicked quill, penning this short tale that will leave you hotter than the Arizona desert.

The characterization in this story is great. The characters are consistent, but learn how to fit together better and end up changing for the best in the end. This, along with a well executed plot and setting, make for a good read.

What really sold me on this book (besides the incredibly HOT ménage scenes) are the scenes in the strip club. Both of them were fantastic, leaving me breathless and almost speechless. The brief f/f encounter was a gutsy move and really paid off.

Overall, I really enjoyed this short story and would recommend it to anyone looking for a short and spicy read.
