A powerful man with a dangerous secret, a beautiful woman desperate to steal what he’s hiding…

The game begins when Jan breaks into Marcus Damon’s New York hotel room and ends up with both more and less than she’d planned. Marcus, the brilliant scientist and ruthless businessman behind Damon Laboratories, pulls her into a raw sexual encounter that leaves her physically satisfied but without the data she’s been hired to steal. After passion turns to intimacy and then betrayal, the game becomes more dangerous than either player expected.

When two predators play cat and mouse, they both lose…or they both win.

Mary’s Review

Jan will do anything she can to stop Marcus Damon in introducing his new item. She is doing something she never dreamt of doing. Yet she never expected get caught by the man himself. Something about him brings out the wildness in her she never thought she had. Marcus makes her feel passionate and making her want him more than ever in a man. She knows she is going against a powerful man but she must stop him at any cost. The thing is once she gets what she needs can she stop herself from feeling something for him. Can she be quiet as a cat and just walk away from love?

Okay I expected a lot of things from this book but it went farther than I thought. I loved that it had a woman who is afraid to be wild and free get a chance to do that and more. Now the sex between them definitely calls for buckets of ice for man Marcus is definitely one hot man. The passion between is one worth reading yet the things Jan does to get it is applauded for in this book. Great job!
