Allie only wanted two weeks of peace and quiet at her friend’s beach house to get her life in perspective. She wasn’t looking for sex, drugs and a kidnapping. But that’s what she gets when she encounters not one but two tasty men.

Tony, her gorgeous next-door neighbor, has a body any woman would want to explore, and Allie crave him licking, teasing and ravishing her body with those strong hands and kissable lips. Little does she know Tony’s on the trail of a drug dealer.

Then there’s Paul, who also wants a piece of Allie…if he can possibly tear her away from Tony.

Yadkny's Review

“Sex in bed is overrated. Sex on the beach is a whole other story.”

Not even an hour into her beach retreat vacation and Allie is knocked off kilter by two gorgeous guys. They both have bodies to die for, but only one really charges her up with an instantaneous attraction from the first touch. Instead of a quiet, relaxing vacation spent reading, cooking, or playing with her battery-operated boyfriend, Allie finds out just how good and bad a couple of peeping toms can actually be.

This story was so much more than I initially expected after just looking at the title. From the look of it, it sounded like a fun quick romp of read, but this is one those never judge a book by it’s cover (or title) moments. So imagine my surprise after reading the synopsis and then the story, to discover that there was a lot of action – and I don’t mean bedroom – going on. From undercover DEA agents looking for a lead to make or break a major case to a woman in need of major change after letting a job take over her life and affect her health.

However, with so much build-up from the beginning of the story, I was a tad disappointed in the ending. Just seemed too rushed and didn’t follow the same pacing as the rest of the story. I was also not as impressed with the heroine. Allie gave the story a great start, but one moment of absolute crazy weakness involving the hero and I almost put the book down. It was something my initial impression of Allie wouldn’t have let slide so very easily and it was hard for me to completely connect with her after that.

On the other hand, I am glad I continued and I very much enjoyed the intense erotic moments built into the story. Watch out though, the characters are vocal and a bit of spanking and voyeurism is involved. I will definitely be keeping Ms. Skyze on my author’s to watch list.
