Evande walked out on her lover, Quinn, fifty years ago without looking back because he wanted too much from her. Now, after she saves a dying human by turning him into a vampire, a wanted notice shows up demanding her death and she knows Quinn is the only one who can help her.

Standing on Quinn’s doorstep with Logan, she quickly finds herself fighting her attraction to both men. Thing is, both men don’t make a secret of the fact they want her. As if that wasn’t enough to deal with, she also learns she isn’t the only one the Elders are after.

Deception, secrets and corruption.

Evande’s survived worse – but this time it may just kill her.

Contains: Two smoking hot men who have no problem sharing the woman of their dreams.

Ashira Datya’s Review

Blood Fever is not your normal vampire story, if there ever is such a thing as a normal vampire story. Evande, while taking a walk, comes across two vampires randomly killing a human. Something inside Evande tells her that she needs to help him. The only way Evande can help is by turning him and breaking a major law in vampire society. With the lackeys of the vampire council after them, Evande and the newly sired Logan flee to Quinn, an old lover of Evande's. He welcomes them in and offers to help.

I really enjoyed Blood Fever. It took me a few moments to get past reading a story written in the first person; I usually prefer third person, but once I got past it, I really got into the story. Logan and Evande fight for their survival and for those around them. I can't wait for the next story in this series; I have to know how it ends.

I give Blood Fever three and a half Tea Cups and a heat rating of a two; it's not overly graphic, however, there is just enough description in the sex scenes to get the engine revving.

3 ½ Tea Cups!
