The ranch is for sale, and Kayla has no idea how much longer she will have a job. Throwing caution to the wind, she has some fun with a sexy guest, knowing it’s against the rules. She just never expected it to stir feelings deep in her heart.

Jack has a motive. He wants to buy the ranch. The best way to find out what is going on behind the scenes is to stay there as a guest. He never expected to come face to face with a woman who could make him yearn for more than just a good time.

But when she learns that he’s not exactly who he led her to believe he was, will she kick him to the curb…or take a chance on love?

Monica’s Review

The Cowboy's Property by Calico Daniels has a wonderful setting. Just thinking about being on a ranch in the middle of nowhere surrounded by mountains, riding horses and much fun activities in the wildness makes you want to stay there. A ranch to buy is something that Jack has been wondering about but needs a bit more information about it and Kayla is just the person to find out.

This passionate book has so much passion in it. How could you not resist in buying the ranch for yourself and just stay there forever? Not knowing that everything can change in a heart beat for just one single look at a beautiful woman. Something that not everyone is expecting is falling in love while on vacation or a business deal, but you just never know when love will happen, you can't just tell it will come back later when it is more convenient. How will Kayla react to find out if Jack is really going to buy the ranch and become her new boss? Will she feel betrayed to know his intentions with her?

I recommend this book to anyone just looking to read how a relationship is built and how fast it can become your wildest fantasy in every way.
