It’s the height of the Roaring 1920s, and Audrey Rousseau is the queen of the fashionable Paris scene. But when her ghosts begin to haunt her, she flees France for the promise of the whole new world of Texas. Truly free from her past life, she is finally able to pursue her ultimate dream of complete creative freedom.

Audrey approaches the Abrams brothers looking for business partners but is unprepared when she finds much, much more. She’s never been able to handle one man, so how could she possible be a bride for two?
Silas, the bold daredevil who flies his own plane and challenges her to car races, seems quite enough. But what about Max, the black-clad architect who makes her heart—and body—burn with an unquenchable thirst for more?

And what happens when the past she’s running from comes knocking on her doorstep?

Wendy's Review

A Bride for Two Mavericks takes you back to the roaring twenties with high fashion and grand parties. Katrina Finn takes you back in time where women were coming into their own.

Audrey Rousseau was one of those women who knew what she wanted and wasn't afraid to go after it. She had lived a life that was little more than slavery in Paris, but now in the United States, the world was hers and no one was going to tell her what to do. Well that is until she met her two Texans, Max and Silas Abrams.

Max and Silas were rich in their own rights. They had a fashion store and also a ranch. When Audrey came into their store that one day, Silas couldn't believe it—they had heard she was in New York so what was she doing in their store here in Texas and in slacks. When he heard she drove over a month by herself it caused him to shudder and want to meet her. Finding her proved to be a challenge but what was life without a challenge.

The meeting with Max and Silas was inevitable. She was invited to their ranch and couldn't wait to see it. The only thing holding her back with them was her past, one that nightmares were made of. Max and Silas made it their mission to take her nightmares away and to give her a life of luxury and show her that the love of one man is great, but to be loved by them both was amazing.

Katrina Finn takes you to the max in this story of high fashion, parties and Texas cowboys dressed in finery. Their lives have love, danger and their share of sweet fights that end up with great make up sex.

I give this story a 5 Tea Cups. It is a great weekend read, one that has you going back in time. Enjoy!
