This is a heck of a book. What starts out as revenge, turns into so much more and I was happy to be around for the ride. Cindy is a non-practicing witch who spends her days ignoring her coworker, Lance. Little does she know he is not all he seems, he is so much more.

Their attraction turns into something that surprises both of them. I have not read the first two books in this series but I will now. I highly recommend this book if you are looking for a hot, exciting read that will keep you guessing!

Desperate to escape the life her parents have planned for her, Elizabeth is given six months to make her way in the world as her own woman and becomes Lily the housemaid. Andrew's life is also mapped out for him, but is the last thing he wants to do. His new housemaid is unlike any woman he's ever come across, educated and doesn't believe in mincing her words.

Set in the UK this charming historical novel is a delight from one page to the next. The wonderful secondary cast add colour to the story from the easily shocked butler to the best friend who takes his friendship too far. Lily and Andrew's story is hard to put down, with strong characters that lead right from the first page. You can put a lady into a maid, but you can’t make a maid of her. Too used to speaking her mind, Lily says what she wants and often ends up in trouble for it. There were a couple of loose ends I'd like to have seen tied up - one of the characters just vanishes never to be seen again. However, the ending had me laughing out loud. Worth reading!

Lia's Review

The plot of The Vessel was truly original and I was amazed at the creativity. Amanda Rose’s writing style made the story come to life with her wonderful descriptions. She is definitely a creative genius and I can’t wait to see more work from her. However, the story had a few dragging moments. All-in-all, The Vessel was a good debut novella from an author who is going places. Although it wasn’t perfect, it’s worth a read. I think with more practice, Amanda Rose is heading for the bestsellers list.

This is a really fun erotic romance and I loved every second of it. Arianna, a nymph living below a tree in Central Park, has a thing for Rick, a NYC police officer. I loved their chemistry and I couldn’t get over the sheer uniqueness of this group.

I think if you want to smile while you read really hot sex loves, you’ll love this book.

Power Play was different from other erotic books I've read. The main characters are already husband and wife, but choose to play sex games to spice up their once failing marriage.

Daria was a difficult character to like, very cold and functional, but we learn she had a difficult childhood making it hard for her to give up control. Her husband has no problem with her fooling around with other men to indulge her fantasies. Their marriage councellor encouraged them to think outside the box in regards to their sex life.

The entire novella is from Daria's POV, so we don't get to know her husband very well. But it's clear that he isn't jealous of their arrangement, in fact, he's very comfortable with Daria's new sexuality and plays along when he can.

This book had a bit of everything from BDSM play, multiple partners, role playing and sex games. For a quick, naughty erotic read give Power Play by Xondra Day a try.

After All These Years was a wonderful story of love with a past. Chantal Day and Flynn McKenna were childhood friend with a turmoil love past.  Flynn's daughter Ella was twelve and wanted her father happy and was way more mature then most twelve year olds. Throw in two dogs, Ace the Bassett and Sasha the German Shepherd, and you have a wholesome love story.

Chantal was in Hilltop licking her wounds from a falling business, one that she put her heart, soul and all her money into. The last thing she wanted or needed right now was to be reminded of her past and the Summerville class of '85 reunion was one of them. Good thing she was in Hilltop in the Adirondack Mountains cleaning up a decrepit old cabin on the lake.

Flynn was in Hilltop running his family business, the lodge, when he heard that Chantal was coming back in the area after the fail of her business. Past hurt of her not waiting and trusting him came back and the last thing he wanted was to reopen old wounds. Once he saw how she paid attention to his daughter, he stepped in to let her know that he didn't want her hurting his daughter when she got bored with the backwoods and moved back to the city. What he didn't realize was that she had no intention of repeating mistakes.

Fate and Ella gives them what they need to reopen the past and start a grown-up relationship and not one of teenagers. Going into Summerville for his grandmother's 90th birthday gave Chantal the opportunity to go to the reunion with Flynn by her side.
Oh and the mystery of the story will have you on the edge of your seat. This book was a great Friday night read and I fell in love with all the characters. I give it a resounding 5 Tea Cup! It was a wonderful story.

Crunching the Numbers…..

Tax season will never be looked at the same. Gizelle sets her eyes on her aunt’s CPA agent and is ready for him to rock her world and Con just can’t wait.

This was a fun and sexy story to read. I really liked that Gizelle was ready to move on in her life after her husband passed away and ready for a new start. There is only one problem, she is set to find herself a younger man that can give her want she wants but things get a little complicated with one of her employees. You'll have to read so you can see what Larry really wants from Gizelle and to what extremes he has gone to get her. Gizelle is a bright, independent woman but needs to go with her desires once in a while. I wanted to see a little more of the development of the relationship of Gizelle and Con. They had a great connection from the moment they first set eyes on each other. When Con went to see Gizelle for the first time what came to mind was nerd and not very self confident but all that changes as he explores Gizelle, he is ready for anything and not afraid to take charge. The sex scenes are hot and sexy and there is also a christening of a love seat in this book—amazing.

This book is a hot, fast read. There were moments that I wanted more but overall it was a good book. I’ll happily recommend this book to anyone ready for a little cougar challenge.

I really loved this book. I thought it had a lot of heart. Brooke is not over her fiancé, who passed away just before he was supposed to come home from fighting in Iraq. It has been over a year but she is still suffering. Her friend Kim owns a club where sexual fantasies can be played out. Brooke decides she needs to live her life again and goes to the club, immediately falling in love with the bartender Liam. Liam is a great guy but he is younger than Brooke.

The story is really about Brooke letting herself love Liam. She is able to respond to him sexually but to open her heart is an entirely different experience. I highly recommend this book to fans of erotic romance with heart.
